Clients undergoing detoxification are provided with accommodation – and may initially be accompanied by a roommate for their safety as they adapt to their new surroundings and the structured treatment programme. Alcohol detox programmes often run for 10 days, but times for drug use can vary. This will be discussed during the initial interview. Upon completion of the detoxification treatment, you’re then welcome to move on to the primary treatment programme. Our rehab programme in Portsmouth is flexible in duration. Tailored to your needs, primary treatment can run for 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 weeks. We will devise a personalised care plan, updated with progress on how rehab is going. You will also develop the life skills and tools needed for continued recovery. We run a secondary treatment programme from Lyle House in Southsea, Portsmouth. This enables you to gradually experience life without drugs/alcohol in an everyday setting that is proactively managed to fully protect yourself at all times.
