The ANA primary drug and alcohol treatment programme is available to everyone over the age of 18. We welcome private, and publicly funded clients with our comprehensive approach to recovery that empowers you to break free and reclaim your life. Our expert team of professionals is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support, tailored to your unique needs.
Recovery requires a safe and nurturing environment where you can focus on your journey to sobriety. We understand that addiction affects not only your physical well-being but also your mental and spiritual health. Our primary treatment features include;
Prior to your admission, you will have an initial assessment – this will allow us to identify your individual needs. Here, the programme will be explained to you. You will also have the opportunity to have a tour of the building.
You will go through our admission process, meet the staff team and be shown to your room. You will meet your peers and your ‘Buddy’ – this is a member of the community who has been in primary treatment for a period and can provide peer support. If you are undergoing a detox as part of your treatment, you will meet with the doctor, and your medication will be prescribed. Staff are on hand 24 hours a day to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
We provide a wide range of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), individual counselling, group therapy, family therapy, and holistic approaches such as art therapy and mindfulness practices.
The duration of our primary rehab treatment program varies depending on individual needs. Our expert team will assess your situation and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific journey towards recovery. The primary treatment programme can run for 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 weeks. If you require a different treatment time, this will be discussed during your initial interview.
Absolutely! We offer secondary treatment. This involves applying the tools learned in primary treatment and developing them into strategies for lifelong living and abstinence. Clients are admitted following a secondary assessment provided that they have received primary treatment – whether it’s with ANA or another treatment centre.
